  So the watch purchased in 2015 had expired its two year consumer guarantee so to fix it it would cost $290. No way was I going to fork out more money just to have it fail again. Paid $500 for this watch and within 2 years was headed for the bin. COMPLETE GARBAGE. A $6 rechargeable night light purchased from ALDI uses a more sophisticated battery technology than Apple Watch. Twice it’s completely drained for months and was able to recharge. Just saying.

  Two watches were purchased, one in 2015 and the other in 2016. Coincidently, both watches failed redeemed unusable. The battery went dead and could not be recharged. During my investigation I discovered that the lithium batteries found in their watches become dead if not continually charged. Apple does not inform consumers regarding this flaw.

  I have been a loyal customer with Apple for years. I’ve purchased all their iPhones, computers, Apple TV etc etc and this is how I’m repaid. Never again Will I buy apple products again.
