  Eric and his staff are the most passionate people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Clearly when you visit the store you realise they the are good at what they do. The displays are all gorgeous and the animals look happy and healthy. And the obviously work hard to keep it that way. If you ask a question, you get more than an answer with a smile. As I said the care about the animals and are passionate about what they do.

  I think it's fair to say that I understand it if he were to lose his cool when someone walks in and says they can "get it cheaper online". Running an online store wouldn't cost as much as running a place like Reef River Reptile. So they can charge less. But you wouldn't get to see what your getting until it arrives. It is unikely you'll get to talk to someone about the products or just have a friendly chat.

  I am always impressed when they won't sell an animal to a customer because it isn't suitable to the tank. They really care about their fish.

  I genuinely respect how the staff care about the fish they are selling you and their advice is based on what is best for the fish, not their sales.

  I personally just love taking my kids to this store. It's a bit of heaven on earth. Much better than browsing online.
