  1 of the staff is really quite rude. I received 8 letters on my mail box with different names and addresses. After work on that same day that I received the letters, I returned it to this post office cause I am a little bit concerned with some letters that are labeled as urgent. I tried to talk nicely to one of the staff on how to return those letters.

  There’s no use of sending “text your choice” message for delivery if your employee can’t adhere it. The delivery guy just doesn’t care and just completely ignores what we have requested for safe delivery.

  Served by a very unfriendly staff, grumpy and she looked so unhappy. The other staffs were great. It was just her.

  I've never had an issue, staff are extremely helpful. They were able to find my missing parcel that was labeled incorrectly by the sender, all done in a timely manner.

  However, with my dismay I was just been directed by the staff with her flat affect face and unhappy verbal response to write "wrong delivery" on the letter and put it on mail box.

  I would really want to talk whoever is the manager on that time for them to remind staff delivering mails/letters to do it accordingly to one's address. However, I wasn't been given the opportunity by the staff.
