  I've been a customer of this particular Escape Travel store for nearly 3 years, I've seen staff come and go but all staff have been helpful and fantastically educated in personally tailoring my holidays, I'm someone that doesn't do traditional tours or accomodation picks, yet the staff always have put together the best itinerary for me working inside my budget.

  If you get lucky and get to see my personal travel agent Jade Lamb, you'll quickly see how hard she will work to make your holiday wishes come true, having booked and planned 3 holidays with jade I don't see anyone else coming close to her thorough and direct approach.   We booked our Europe few months ago and it costs us around 30k, recently the manager asked us if we were aware there will be a fee occurs when a car pick up from a city and drop off at a different one, the agent who booked the tour for us did not discuss this to us and now he is left for good, the manager sayings they have our signature signed however when I say the copy she sent to me, our signature is at the end of the page right next to the price but not next to the term "One‐way fees may apply to rentals where drop off location differs from pick‐up location.", firstly, it says MAY occur, secondly they never told us or outlined in the invoice how much will be the minimum fee and now they telling us it's going to be 400 EUROS!!!!! and for the manager suddenly out of the blue ask us if we aware that is very telling!!! can they really say some fees may occur and then charge people a fortune?! AVOID HORNSBY ESCAPE TRAVEL!!!
